Our dude Chad Kerley was out in NYC for the Don of the Streets Jam and hung around after to take part in the Billy Perry/Low Numbers 'Borough Breaker Rally.' Even though he was a bit hurt after Don of the Streets, Chad pushed through blacked out all of the challenges and locked himself in at #1 in the standings.
